FLAIR reserves the right to accept or reject any subscription of FLAIR Membership without assigning any reasons. Membership benefits cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. Misuse of membership may result in termination of membership or withdrawal of benefits. FLAIR makes no warranties or representation (express or implied) and expressly disclaim any and all liabilities with respect to type, quality or fitness of purpose of the deliverables or services provided by FLAIR. FLAIR reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel or suspend any membership. Membership privileges and benefits and any terms and conditions herein contained may be subject to change without notice. In the event of dispute, FLAIR’s decision shall be deemed final and conclusive.
