What you’ll do:

• Handle and execute events (e.g. workshops, seminars, business meetings and large scale annual event) including registration, communication and logistics arrangement etc.


• Help with design and produce promotional contents


• Create promotional and social media content and think of promotional angles, Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns


• Implement Digital Marketing projects and activities as assigned


• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the centre and spin-offs


• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities


• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns


• Help with operational tasks of the Marketing Communication team


• Oversea travel is needed for event and exhibition


• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned

You’ll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 2 years’ working experience


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese


• Experience with local, mainland, and overseas trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.


• Knowledge of the innovation and technologies industries and manufacturing industries


• Experience with popular and industry-oriented media


• Knowledge or experience with social media channels would be bonus


• Passion or knowledge in innovation and technology would be bonus


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, skilful in PhotoShop , AfterEffect , Premiere Pro, AI , InDesign , Excel, SEO are preferred
