What you’ll do:
- Establish and maintain program management process to facilitate the R&D work and daily operation for efficiency and in close alignment with industry needs in HK and GBA
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the commercialization and product development of the R&D Centre and Spin-off Comapny
- Key Account Management: Build up and maintain customer and cooperation relationships with stakeholders from industries, associations, professional bodies, R&D institutes and universities to promote the R&D program and research outputs for collaborations and technologies commercialization
- Implement assigned administrative tasks including and but not limited to collect and prepare the required materials, such as program/project/progress reports, contract, paper and patents, etc.
- Work as a partner with R&D researchers and back office staff to assist and support project teams to implement the program/project plan, meet the defined targets and KPIs
- Creation of meaningful presentation material in close cooperation with Marketing and Corporate Communications
- Implement the ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
You’ll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, Business and Administration or related disciplines
- 5 years or above of profound experience in business development in the manufacturing industry in HK and GBA
- Experience in early-stage company building (Spin-offs) preferred
- Enthusiastic for future-oriented technologies in AI and Robotics in the manufacturing industry
- Strong in customer relationship management, business initiation
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, team player and able to coordinate various resources to achieve the goals
- Open mind, can work under pressure to meet the deadline with good quality
- Excellent presentation skills
