What you’ll do:
- Support the team for 1st line IT technical support, manage user enquiry and provide user support.
- Manage IT systems and its daily operations.
- Handle IT projects.
- Provide IT advisory services for R&D projects.
- Manage & review IT procurement requests and maintenance services.
You’ll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Diploma or Degree from disciplines such as Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent with 2 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory, O365, network support, IT operations, security and data backup
- Be a fast learner in new technology, possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Good team player with excellent communication skills and willing to work with multi-national teammates
- Mature, self-motivated, multi-tasking, able to work independently and under pressure
